Why We Built This Site
Georgia court records are generally public, yet the custodian depends on the court. Tess Gay's office manages Mitchell Superior, State, and Juvenile records. Probate, Magistrate, and the municipal courts keep separate files. Georgia E-Access routes State and Superior users to PeachCourt, but it does not combine every local docket. This site brings those official routes, contact details, and request steps into a clear Mitchell County reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how Mitchell County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are read
- Court dates: how to use the court schedule and verify a setting
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search through the correct Georgia or local channel
- Record requests: how to seek court case records and certified copies from the proper clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their prices, data handling, and results. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference. We neither set those charges nor determine which records a partner returns.
